These tell you where your record stands — whether you are still clearing the thresholds your financial aid is renewed against, and what a decision like repeating a course or electing pass/fail actually does to the transcript underneath.

Every one of them turns on a rule your school publishes and most students never look up. Schools set different completion rates, disagree completely about which attempt at a repeated course counts, and disagree again about what happens when a pass/fail course isn't passed. So each rule is an input here, with real cited institutions beside it — never a default we picked for you.
